Which Dr. Fate? Current Alan has the Starheart, so he'd kick Onslaught's ass.

This fight depends on Dr. Fate.

With that said him and flash can get them some wins.

Many members of the JLA/JSA would be mind raped, and forced to fight against their team mates. Dark Phoenix and Onslaught win this handily.

Fate has spells to counter mind tricks. Starheart basically took it to the whole DC earth. That's how powerful Sentinel is now.

Dark Phoenix is also in this fight, and could/would kill most if not all of the JLA/JSA. If she can devour a star. Everyone outside of Dr. Fate would be one step away from a toe tag. Would you say that Fate could take Onslaught and Dark Phoenix by himself? This is pretty much what would/should eventually happen. I mean, think about it for a sec.

Sentinel back in the day was said to bust solar systems. He's much more powerful now.

Half helm Fate stalemated Spectre. Yeah, nobody is soling anyone.
