Van Helsing I think was the most impressive...it'd be a good fight between he and Lucian, but Helsing would win.

Wolfman isn't really a factor.

He's fast, sure.....but the original Underworld Lycans overtook a horse drawn carriage going full speed, and Lucian outran a speeding car in his human form.

I think the Wolfman before Van Helsing got the curse had some speed feats too.
