Well, I was assuming it was T'challa, admittedly Shuri should have more problems but she packs some powerful gadgets on her. She also has a physical edge so I would assume she wins more often than not. In an open battlefield she struggles a bit more.

Ideally Black Manta should have Aquaman level stats as he absorbed his DNA and is a water breather now. However, in Brightest Day they seem to be ignoring that.

i think it depends on what suit they are wearing more so for BP...
