Ok. She can turn into electricty as a defensive measure and lightning bolts/EMPs have both totalled his shields and disabled his whole armor in the past. That time Thor defeated him with it and made him walk home comes to mind. Her raw power is formidable.

She can also control electricity within an opponent and thus use IM's own power to fry the armor.

prepped Ironman grounds her. Un-prepped she she fries his boards.

Going for Tony, he's dealt with electricity/lightning - based enemies before.

Jenny can turn into living energy. Not much Stark can do about that, eh?
