Can galactus win?

Probably Zom. Wasn't Eternity on his own insufficient to defeat Zom?

Eternity and Zom were on the same level... Galactus couldn't compete.

Keep in mind it took, that we know of, at LEAST Dormammu and Eternity to imprison him (that's the best they could do). Full power Galactus is going down.

No the Nullifier would OWN Zom. Eternity doesn't have access to it. It's Galactus' baby

Its cheap as hell but Galactus using the Nullifier gives him an automatic win against anyone expect the "Supreme Being" types...

Galactus well fed is too versatile, and having the UN as his ace card Galactus will setup Zom nicely for the ownage.

Galactus wouldn't even use the UN. He would crush Zom the good old fashioned way.

He was slightly BEYOND Eternity, seeing as how Eternity needed Dormammu and unspecified "others" help in merely CONTAINING him

Tribunal thought he killed him but a small sliver of his power survived. Should it be given time it will amass enough power to reform the "full" Zom.

Would Zom win against a half dozen Celestials? Yes. Galactus loses.

The LT is awful at specifying how much it would take to beat a cosmic entity.
