Brock still kicks his ass. The guy took on a group of armed thugs and fought symbiotes with his bare hands. He's crazy strong for a human and is a great fighter.

I'm pretty sure Brock is bigger. Not to mention tougher and meaner. Flash gets destroyed.

Flash is a seasoned athlete. IMO that outweighs a bodybuilder in terms of fight capability.
And Flash has military training and is war hero because of his skill and bravery. Brock is a big whiner.

Brock has lots of fighting experience as Venom, that's going to outweigh Flash's military experience in a h/h fight.
