The League of Shadow's leader, Ra's Al Ghul, is aghast at the amount of money and political power gained by America's Favorite Folk Hero, Biff Tannen. The year is 1985. Tannen is a billionaire many times over, allowed the Vietnam War to be extended for another ten years, got Nixon to be re-elected many times over by breaking the 22nd Amendment, owns the police, killed George McFly, and is also a meathead who doesn't know how to make like a tree. If the League had the amount of preperation they had in Begins, could they take down Tannen's police state?
