Steppenwolf is cooler, but Kalibak would probably win.

how is he cooler? sure he's a weapons dealer and all, but he rocked a lad's outfit for the longest time. his dominatrix costume is a bit "cooler" but still kinda meh

He has command over animals. That trait alone makes him cooler than Kalibak.

kalibak will kill steppenwolf and eat his hat just because, that trait alone makes him cooler than steppenwolf
