keyblade masters:Master Eraqus Xehanort and Vanitas.

soldiers 1st class are angeal genisis and sephiroth.

okay since eraqus doesnt have many feats to put put a 1/3 of his students feat into him. xehanort can move mountains with a fave of his hand teleport and creat and control gust of wind that can move dead keyblades. vanitas doesnt have many feats o add 1/3 of dark riku's feats 1/3 of sora kh2 feats and 1/3 ventus feat all wrapped in darknss and you got vanitas. and well everone knows the soldeier people so who will win?
round 1 team against team
round 2 one on one eraqus vs angeal
xehanort vs genesis
vanitas vs sephiroth
round three free for all who would come out on top out of all 6

Round one goes to Team one, as Xehanort will lazily kill all of them. Easiest way by removing their hearts, or just flat out destroying the whole location.

Angeal would probably beat Eraqus, though not sure.
Xehanort lazily takes on Genisis and kills him.
Sephiroth has better feats than Vanitas, so Sephiroth.

Round three is against the rules I think, but it doesn't really matter. Xehanort will just kill them anyway.

Team one for round one.

Isnt end game Zack at or above Angeal's level? Terra can beat Zack and Eraqus is above base Terra.
Xehanort for higher feats.
Not sure 'bout this one.

Last two opponents should of been swapped around.
