I think Cloak is the deciding factor here. Starboy wins out completely against Gravity (unless he can project the gravity of an entire planet on top of a person). However, if Cloak goes completely intangible, I'm not sure that these two can do anything about it, unless his head is not intangible - in which case Starboy beats them both. By himself.

hmm, even intangible i'd think he has some degree of mass that could be affected. maybe?
