Thor for the vast majority!

i could see thor outright overpower its defenses like it did Ironman if not thor can just keep bombarding it with lightning till it does..

problem with thor he like Melee battles which could give nimrod a chance to use high frequency attacks..

i could see thor in a last ditch move to toss his hammer through Nimrod..

i say thor 7/10
