which of these two walking gun shop pyschos (B.B. Hood anyway) wins in an all out fight?

Hood gets a bit of an edge for havin' way more in her arsenal and super human stats. It would be a decent fight, if no A>B>C logic is used.

Bulleta stomps if she's allowed to fight like she does in the game. Infinite guns, ammo, grenades, land mines, rockets, missles, flame throwers, etc...That list is only about half of her weapons. Lulz at the fact that she's around 12 years old.
