This thread seems kind of..... not good.

Anyways, Shadow Lugia wins. Why? Because Lugia might be able to level up but Shadow Lugia has no true weakness. Also, he's strengthened because of the affects. Anyways, his name isn't really shadow Lugia! D: So it's inaccurate!
