Current Hulk gets a red a lantern ring.

1. He becomes feral as they usually do - in a way, this pretty much the savage hulk with a power ring. He has a month of rampaging experience with it, if that counts for anything.

2. Banner remains in control as he is now - current personality and morality. He has a month to learn how to use it.

Who is the weakest character that can stop him? And who is the weakest to take him for a majority?

With out the Loeb force, Rulk is shit even with a RL ring, hes not that much better.

anyway, the ring makes you go crazy + hulk's power will sky rocket (his rage fuels the ring in a cyclicle fassion) + the shielding and flight speed the ring provides = at least a multi-herald buster

Hes still not above HH. SS beats him.

he'd have to work hard for it, surfer can't just casually absorb his power in this scenario
