1) Human Torch - You're always in flame mode

2) Ice Man - You're always in ice mode

3) Thing - You're the Thing

4) Clayface - You're always in the clayface mode (You cannot shift into a human)

Iceman and Human Torch can both touch people in their powered forms without harming or even causing discomfort to them at all.

I'd go with Iceman as he may be functionally immortal.

Human torch while on fire wont hurt ppl?

Iceman Maybe ppl can deal with the cold for a bit but how long until they get frostbite.
