That's an... interesting... if out of left-field pair-up...

If going with a relatively de-powered Makkari, then I think Miss could take a majority, given the range of her abilities (of course, she's not as aggressive or as much an ass-kicker as Kory or Donna, but if going with the "fair-knowledge"/CIS-off rules...). If Makkari is at his "proper" power-levels, with broader abilities, then I'd go with Makkari. (And, of course, he wins any conventional races, and similar, regardless...).
