See, daduedemon people are working with them! DARPA is working on a computer built using memristor technology (often hailed as being as far beyond transistors as they were beyond vacuum tubes).

I never said people weren't working with them.


In fact, I stated, multiple times, that people were working on memristors AND that I wrote a paper on it (with possible algorithms for operating systems being optomized for using memristors.)

HP is a notable mani. They said that they would have something on the market in 2012-13ish.

It was very strange to read the AI perspective on how processing of information occurs in the brain.

I don't want to say the "synaptic view" is wrong, but I can certainly see why people interested in microprocerssors might locate it there.
