Anime and Manga feats. Since technically it was a seperate personality Lucy can't have her feats at the very end when she freaks out about dying. Everything up till that point though.

On a serious note, Bando was shown to do very well against the stronger, manga Lucy.

Seras is faster and stronger than any human, and Lucy cannot deflect rounds from the Harkonnen reliably.

Bando did well against her for the same reason why Batman has done very well against Superman before: he got crazy prepared. To quote TV Tropes, my trove of knowledge: 'He completely cleaned up the beach in order to make sure Lucy had nothing to attack with, figured out her range of attack, and got modified Desert Eagles that fired rounds too heavy for Lucy to block or, at close range, knock away.'

Good point on the Harkonnen. She might need to melt to block it imo, but she can do it. The Harkonnen will also hinder her mobility.

Yeah, maybe. Please do not compare Bando and Lucy to Batman and Superman, Batman is more competent and fuelled by really stupid writing than Bando. All Seras cannot do is clean the beach. She already has enhanced reflexes and perception to the degree where she does not NEED to come in knowing her range of attack, and the Desert Eagles do not even compare to the Harkonnen.

That's end of manga Lucy. Do not say end of manga Lucy is not allowed only to bring in her feats. That is giving her the same power she used to destroy buildings in Japan. And no. The Harkonnen will not hinder her mobility, it never has, she has used it while moving.

Seras pops Lucy from 4 miles off. Then she and Alucard get it on.

I never really liked any of the characters, but I'd go with Seras on both accounts. As Lucy's body is fragile and she's susceptible to illusions and alike.
