Thats good, I think after a very long hard fight, MM should win.

MM should clearly beat either one individually. And with smart use of his phasing, he should be able to pick his battles with the duo. So yes, he can and should win.

In a comic or, say, a tourney fight, he might lose some because it's entirely possible for him to get hit more than once and lose to a quick tag-team from the duo. So in my mind I don't see it as 10/10, but MM definitely has the advantage.

If he's phased inside the city somewhere. But floating around, probably not. Jack's senses in cities are otherworldly but it doesn't really extend beyond that.
