3, 4, and 6 get my vote as the best, imo. So yeah, I agree with most of that.

I think Streets of Rage II surpasses I, and perhaps Battletoads maybe,

Can't say I like the genre much, but Streets of Rage and Panzer Bandit are probably my favourites.
