It's actually a matter of who freezes first. Fisto can freeze Koon with his dashing smile. But Plo Koon, yeah you all know what he does.

Lookie here dammit; There are NO creeks in the execution arena,,, NONE, ZERO, ZILCH.

He'll find a way, he's Plo Koon.

Freezing ability aside (to make it a fair fight cos THE Plo Koon stomps in that scenario ), I'd give it to Fisto, saber-wise he's more impressive.

Plo Koon once had green lightning like Luke Skywalker did, and some people who drink Gatorade that's been sitting for too long, therefore he shocks Kit Fisto and then freezes a creek over him.
