Captain Marvel gets a perfect duplicate of thors hammer and full manipulation of shazam lighting through hammer or sky(cannot revert back), he also has the other uses of the hammer (energy absorbing etc)

Perfect duplicate would mean it has the worthiness enchantment.

As such; I don't think it makes a difference as I don't believe he'd be able to lift it.

As this is now a battle between equals; seeing as the powers granted by Mjolnir don't stack, Thor should win as he has far more experience using his powers.
