Rick probably takes this a combination of his ability to blend into his surroundings making himself basically invisible which he to seems to be using a lot lately.Plus thing would have a hell of a time doing any real damage with that armored shell.

Ben will put up a great fight in the second but won't win. A-Bomb is too damn durable.
