Alex isn't really a threat to her unless he has his classic gravity powers to mess with her flight and movement.

Julie isn't really anything more than an annoyance. It was a big deal that she nearly breached the sound barrier at one point in time... fairly unimpressive when compared to Starfire's flight speed (reaching escape velocity, traveling light-years through space in a month's time, etc).

Katie makes it more interesting. Katie can break down matter into energy, the latter part being useless against Kory and the former a possible game changer- but only if we remove CIS completely. Energy just amps Starfire, but if Katie, a straight up genius intellect these days, goes for the kill and just breaks down Starfire then they have a shot. In this fight, though, she can't really help either and CIS on Starfire isn't going to go h2h with children so far below her physical abilities.

Jack can only stalemate at best.

These kids suffer from lack of experience and the forum rules. With standard knowledge of each character, Starfire has the benefit of knowing that they all have healing factors and above-human durability; thus making her much, much, much more likely to simply dispose of the children quickly through low-level starbolts.
