Depends. He's more powerful, but he's also not the sharpest tool in the box. I can see him winning some, and her winning some.

The only reason I said her is because she will out smart him at some point.

it could totally go either way. personally i would favor bizarro simply due to the fact he can give superman a hard time on a good day. but i still say 50/50 cuz supergirl is no push over either...

I'd give Kara the edge, much like Wonder Girl had the edge over Match.

Comparable physicality, but much more intelligent and overall more capable.
