pretty sure his agility is superhuman. his new personality hasnt really done anything. his physical stats are superhuman, but featwise I'd bet every single one of her stats are above his. he's got the tongue though, and she wouldnt see that coming. I suppose he could take wins by crushing her throat or just squeezing her to death with it. I dont know if his neurotoxic secretions would go through her uniform to her skin.

I doubt his tongue is faster than a bullet.

Toad has gone an overhaul of his character he isn't recognizable as his old self and even if he was the profile of his is different from the likes of spidey, Cap, Thor etc etc..

Toad know as much about Batgirl then a random Gothamnite and the the urban myth.

I'm fairly certain common knowledge is defined by common knowledge within the Superhero/villain community. If we went by what most humans in either universe believed, nobody would know anything and it would defeat the point of the rule.

Basic Knowledge
Each side receives basic knowledge of the other. A good measure of this would be what the general population of the character's homeworld knows. For example, that Superman has a weakness to Kryptonite is general knowledge, but that he's Clark Kent is not.

Full potential Toad would wreck her.

I could see toad using his greem muck on Cassandra Cain to win a few. It diffidently not common knowledge and would surprise her.
