This is almost a mirror match, marked only by age difference.

I say Mystic Gohan takes this, though. Buu was stronger than Cell and Mystic Gohan gave him a run for his money.

Mystic. I got the impression he was similar to SSJ3 level, only constant on and without the warrior rage bit of the SSJ forms.
