Ban is limited to being able to use Snake Bite but none of the other uber powerful moves.

I wanted to see who would come out on top if they basically fought on even terms, so I tried to balance this out the best I could.

If it's not even enough just let me know. Something still feels off to me about it :/...

Wasn't Ban's power revealed on the OBD to be heavily exaggerated and blown way out of proportion?
