3) melee only Hawkman gets his mace but limited to 20 ft off the ground

Does no nega bands also means no of his Kree (?) weaponry?

I think Hawkman wins 3 though I guess it was added after my first post

the Claw of Horus that one shotting superman? yeah I'm not too sure noh varr can win that

Second is hard to guess given Protector's lack of feats. This sounds a good match for Hawkman and first is excellent for Noh.
