Current Cyborg is a beast from what I've heard. Not just out of Lizard's league strength/durability wise, but his weapons have upgraded too.

half a decade ago he already had his nano tech repair giving to him by the twins for his promethium armor parts. he also had a taser for close grappling and a tech net. may not stop the lizard but it would but vic time for capitalize on him.

then he had his standard tech morphing hand and decibel cannon able to create sound wall shields..

not sure what his most current armor tech is but if it is superior then his last upgrade he is a beast.

problem is that such characters like him get under written so much that it becomes part of their CIS and not just PIS
