2. Bane is juiced up
3. Bane said something not-so-nice about Croc's late mother, to his discontent.
4. Bane merges with the Venom symbiote while Killer Croc joins with the Lasher symbiote (the green Life Foundations one).

So pretty much we have two behemoths upgraded with your friendly neighborhood parasitic aliens, ready to sh** storm the hell out of each other...have fun

Bane because of his strength being much higher fully loaded than killer croc's.
