Hm... the Doves have a lot of energy powers and range, but the Hawks have a lot of energy absorbing or blocking artifacts. I'd say... 7/10 for the Hawks.

If I had to pick a team, it would definitely be the Hawks.

J'onn's somewhat less than useful too- all members of the Hawks are good against telepathy to various extents, I think any of 'em would take him for the majority.

Though on the flip side, Surfer's the strongest on the field.
