How far does Prime get?

Scenario 1: 14.

Scenario 2: Maybe 15. Dunno. His power was hard to quantify in that arc and the rate that he was losing power was confusing. He may have struggled with monarch because of the dimension punching and such, or monarch and he may have been equals from the beginning of the amp. Dunno.

I'm not sure about superman prime defeating legion. from what I heard, he restarted earth-616 and defeated some elder gods. that's pretty impressive.

If Legion was as powerful as he was made out to be, Prime stops at 14 in both scenarios as silly as it might be.

What about the him torturing mxyzptlk, moving planets so fast inhabitants of the planets he moved didn't know they were being moved pre upgrade plus defeating monarch & surviving a universe destroying blast point blank while running out of power. Would he not opt to retcon every opponent if he did not have a child's mind(CIS or PIS)?
