beast should win by power set alone but his panel feats are just, ehh..

with certain gadgets of course he wins.

Isn't Beast a shit fighter? I don't think Meta physical stats (unless you're on Spider-Man level or higher) alone allow you to get the majority over Batman in a fight.

Killer Croc and Man-Bat for instance.

He's actually pretty competent when it comes to applying his superhuman stats in a fight.

It's just more acrobatics and savagery than actual martial arts.
