Harry is randomly magic-ed to the Arena which is the rooftop from the end of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (1990) and hes taken by surprise when his wizard mates have materialised him 15ft in front of Harry on this roof for lolz..his instincts tell him to protect himself suddenly as Cyclops, with goggles off, turns to react to Potter's appearance...

Can Harry save himself from obliteration?

Depends. Cant he apparate before Cyclops looks at him? Besides, if they start looking at eachother, doesnt matter =-p
