Team 1 is stronger from the get to go, Annihilus, Ultron and Apoc can play the big leagues while Nimrod develops anti-Magneto tech.

With enough prep time, Doom, Iron Man and Batman 1M come online, and they outprep team 1 even with Brainiac becoming a threat.

Team 1 in all scenarios.
