Which creative team, past or present, do you think did the most justice for Earth's Mightiest Heroes? This includes all Avengers brands, not just the core team book, btw.

For me, it would have to be Busiek/Perez's epic run in Volume #2. I remember checking out the collections in hardcover form at my local library when I was a child; good memories.

Yep, v2 is heroes reborn. I'd rate Busiek and Perez quite high in the list too, they grasped the idea of the Avengers -although I haven't read the whole v1 yet, I know there are some low points that are certainly not very cool-. Other stories often said very good are Avengers Under Siege, and depending in which stories you like some of the recent stories may qualify as good.
