I assume that should be Wonder Man at the Avenger's side, and Mr. Miracle rather than Miracle Man on JLA.

And Wonder Woman- classic or current?

Not that these questions affect things too much- the JLA has a definite advantage in the number of herald-levels and in mobility.

The JLA roster is far too stacked for the Avengers to beat in a straight up battle. Their only hope is for "the Scientist Supreme" to create a miracle device.
