try the nicotine patches. if they worked on my grandma they will work on anyone. she smoked 2 packs of pal mall reds a day for 55 years. now she is on oxygen 24/7. I didnt think she would ever quit. they helped my mom quit to. she's been kinda bitchier though ever since she quit smoking.

Which ones and what are the correct findings?

I tryed the patch when I first quit and it did not work.It will have to be cold turkey and if I don't plan it I don't think I can do it.

I did all the way to the end. And I felt like I was in rehap with all the burning and nightmares I had it really was not worth it.
