Why did you start smoking? hmm


How do you feel about it now?
How long have you been smoking/how long did you smoke?

See what the big fuss was during a time i was drinking beer. Felt pretty relaxed. Was sort of a substitute from when i quit weed.

It was a time in which I was not in want of bad ideas.

I went through a depression and started smoking and I still am at age thirty so I think it been four years of smoking.

i started smoking.

then i quit smoking.

then i started smoking again.

good times.

I don't exactly like it. It's nothing to be proud of. I began smoking when I was about 16 when a friend offered a cigar to me. Every time anyone had ever offered me anything before I always had the strength to say no but I got tired of saying no, wanted to see what all the fuss was about and tried it. So I began smoking cigars at 16, moved up to cigarettes not long after and was a casual smoker for a few years. I quit somewhere down the line and began smoking back around this past June or July after nearly being smoke free for 1 year (I was 1 month away) because I sat outside on my lunch break at work with a guy I liked and always watched him smoke and it just triggered my starting back up..now I am a Menthol smoker and though I am not a heavy smoker, it's a lot more than it used to be and it would be very hard to quit!

'Cause I was 14 and wanted to be cool. Here I am today, still smoking, still cool.

I started smoking in 2007. I was drunk and talked into trying it by my sister. I became a social smoker off and on until a year ago. I quit because I wasn't addicted so no need to bother.

I started smoking in 2001 I think. The reason I started was because I tried it once after that my friend told me it helped keeping you awake. I do not drink coffee and there was a test I had not studied for in the morning. I stayed up all night and smoked during this.

I stopped smoking around 2009 when I realized I was becoming dependent on it It went really easy with the help of my boyfriend and my friends who all pitched in when I felt the urge to smoke.

I started very young so I really don't remember why. I quit because I figured out I can kill myself for free just by living and the money could be better spent on other things in the meantime. Cigs weren't nearly as expensive then either. I have no clue why someone would pay the going price for them now.

I smoked cigarettes in Elementary School but stopped when my family moved to a better neighborhood, lol.

I started smoking in 2006, I lived in a very remote area in the middle of nowhere like 14 miles away from any town.
My mom smoked, a bunch of kids who lived near me smoked and drank. I only smoked, I drank once. Didnt really like it. Im just not much of a drinker.

I started smoking in 2004, and still do. I started smoking when I would get drunk, then it just became a habit. I don't feel bad or anything so suck it

I like to smoke dispite my family and husband wants me to quit which I will when I am ready.

When I started it was only when I drank or when I smoked weed. About 2 years ago is when it became a habit. I cut back lately after getting sick so many times this winter.

A cig and coffee when I first wake up... glorious.

Cigs: I started in the 11th grade and smoked for about a half a year, got tired of it so I just quit. I never actually got addicted.

Weed: I smoked on and off for two years, and I recently quit after I started my first job which I've been working there now for only a few months.

I was 14 and wanted to be cool and everyone at work smoked. Here I am today, 36 years later still smoking, and its not cool anymore, people look at you like you are a criminal. I wish I had never started. Ive tired multiple times to quit without success.

I was hella smashed and wanted to see what the fuss was about.
just rolled with it and i wish to hell I didn't. i've basically cut back to smoking only when drunk though

This is what a I see:

1. A really hot chick.
2. She has bad breath because she's smoking.
3. Her whole body will smell really bad.
4. She's automatically knocked down the hotness scale, 2 or 3 points, just for smoking.
5. She'd be hotter if she were not smoking AND she did not smoke, ever, in her life.



Remove the cigarette and what is she? Maybe an 8. With it? A 5 or a 6.

Well, I smoke weed when the occasion comes up. Since I work with horses I never really worry about testing.

Now, ciggs... I suppose I stared in 11th grade, mainly to piss off an ex girlfriend. I never really took to it and quit after about three weeks.

However, a few months ago ( I'm now in my second year of college ) I started smoking with my ex - room mate 'thing' and haven't quit yet. I'm not that bothered by it, but that's for rather naive reasons. I wish I hadn't started.

Talk her out of it.and say just because others smoke does not mean that you should.

Anyhow, want her to not smoke? Lock in her your closet with a case (10 packs) of cigarettes and don't let her out until she has smoked every last cig. No food, no water, just puff puff puff.
