Neither side will destroy the solar system either. No BFR. Everything else goes. Who wins in a fight to the death?

Odin and Thor. Most of the heralds would be dismissed without much effort. Prime is the last guy standing, though.

Actually, team DC has a fair chance. I'm not sure they would win, but SBP alone gives them a fighting chance at winning.
