DC has the most top tiers.
Marvel has the most powerful top tiers.
Too much happens in DC so I would feel safe in Marvel.

A: Flying bricks goes to DC, top tiers in general power level however is the same imho (Marvel is more about mental powers, weird mutant powrs and whatnot).

Wait what? In the last three years DC has had two real Crisis type events while Marvel has had something like five or six excluding space only events. The last Earth treating event was Chaos War. Everything else was damned near street level. Siege was local.

Reasoning for two is that reality manips seem to be a dime a dozen on Marvel.

Prolly DC for all, as most of their powerful top-tiers are based on Earth. They're all superspeed flying bricks pretty much lol.

I'd live on DC Earth too. Better chance of some freak accident occurring and gaining some ridiculously awesome abilities, or just being born really powerful. I mean both happened to Jason Rusch.

Any of those three would wipe out the list you made but the Spectre.

I was just giving some off the top of my head. Let's not forget Black Alice, who can jack any magic in the area and Dr. Fate.

Also, don't forget Thunderbolt, who can literally do ANYTHING.

Generally, DC have more powerful residents on Earth

But there are some exceptions, in that Marvel have had at least 5 incredibly powerful people from Earth- MJJ, Jamie Braddock, Molecule Man, HoM Wanda, Franklin Richards etc

You forgot to mentioned Jakeem Thunder, Zatanna, Black Alice, Dr. Fate, Shadowpact, Sentinels of Magic, etc... The Flash Family, Marvel Family, Super Family....

answering the thread:

1. DC - a whole lot of heralds living on earth, specially in the league

2. Marvel - reality warpers have become disturbingly common, nottice they don't make anything safer as they are invariably insane. but we can always count ont he world being retconned the way it was before.

3. the same. status quo is inevitably restored in the end of the story in both worlds. overall they're relatively safe, ignoring shit like common crime and poverty, unless you are a mutant or live in gotham, in which case you're ****ed.

DC has it's share of reality warpers. Hell, they have a 5-d Imp on earth and it seems Hourman is back as well. And, yeah, Swamp Thing/White Light Entity to protect earth.
