Hit Girl has her cable knives and Big Daddy has a set of brass knuckles. Fight takes place in an abandoned warehouse. Teams start out at opposite ends. Fight.

Kato solos. The man is too fast.

Hell, even Green Hornet got those adrenaline powers at the end of the movie and was almost as fast as Kato.

GH prolly dies, but even Kato alone is to much.

At least give Big Daddy his guns. He's not as agile as his daughter and would get better use out of them. Seriously. Comparing semi-realistic characters like those in "Kick-Ass" to the fantasy ones in "Green Hornet is unfair.

If Big Daddy has guns, it's not much of a fight.

Haven't seen Green Hornet, so whatever. I thought Kato was supposed to be fast. Not faster than a bullet apparently. OK.

Well, in the hands of a pro like Big Daddy, a gun would take Kato down. GH even moreso.

GH watches Kato solo.

Even with guns Kato and GH would win. They wouldn't have to be faster than the bullets, just faster than HG and BD could aim, which they are.

Kato wasn't trying his best, obviously. That or GH is a bigger bad-ass than imagined. Top feats apply, Kato does his time-perception thing, he's taking boot to ass before Daddy and the little princess shoot him.

And who, exactly, do Kato and GH excel at taking on? Thought so.

He was holding back offensively, but he was still trying not to get hit.

Pretty sure Kato was never shown avoiding bullets from a pro like HG, armed with a machine gun.

Green Hornet at the end of the movie did exhibit the same
adrenaline like abilities of Kato so that could show a sign
a consistent increase in fighting skill throughout the
movie

Never said Kato and GH fought tougher opponents, just that the Kick-Ass duo aren't the end-all with guns as you seemed to imply.

Kato was holding back offensively, if he didn't, there wouldn't have been a fight at all. Many hits he took we sucker-punches, that won't happen when he's in his kick-ass (see what I did?) mode.

Kato never avoided bullets, iirc, could be wrong though. What he does is take in every aspect of his surrounding at super-accelerated speeds and moves/fights accordingly. So he doesn't have to be faster than bullets, he has to be faster than BD and HG, which he is. They'll be trying to aim, he'll be one step ahead and putting foot to ass.

Again, it's not the bullet's speed, it's the gun-user and Kato's super-awareness. When did they use machine-guns though? BD had a shotgun and handguns, HG had handguns, iirc.

She doesn't have that Asian thing Kato does.

Nah, HG was shown getting one ready before the end battle. They were all over the wall at their house.

But she can dodge bullets from 5 feet away.
