John Byrne stated that DC's Thor is equal to Mythical Thor who has feats such as lifting a portion of the World Serpent, shaking the earth,etc. He's pretty powerful, and my favorite version of Thor but Orion takes this.

Orion - If you are talking about Thor from Action comics #751. Thor dies in this comic eventhough Superman and WW help Asgard win the war against demons from Hades.

If it's the Thor from Earth One - Looks like Marvel's Zeus, I would still go with Orion.

What can Thor from Earth 1 do>

Orion loses by default.
