Ego has to tank these attacks. He can form shields and such to protect himself but he can't counterattack.

1. Casual blast from a rookie GL
2. Serious blast from a rookie GL
3. Serious blast from an elite GL
4. Superman flying into him at top speed
5. Full power Godblast from Thor
6. Full power blast from Surfer
7. Full power blast from Thanos (no powerups)
8. Full power blast from Odin
9. Full power blast from a random Celestial
10. Full power blast from well-fed Galactus
11. Ultimate Nullifier

How far does he get?

Astonishing Thor shed some light on this recently, and basically proves that he'd tank at least up to 7, and probably beyond. We'll actually know a lot more about this in a month too, to see what the Godblast does to Ego's brother.

With shielding, tanking Odin would be possible but unlikely imo. Depends on how much credit you want to give either one.
