Before the epic nut-stomping of Earthrealm's forces could commence, fate intervened.

A single missile lands in between Sindel and the Forces of Light, the blast sending the latter flying in numerous directions, out cold, but still alive.

Sindel looks at the newcomer. It is a shirtless, shades-less, but a very PISSED off Albert Wesker. Apparently, the superman with a god complex has enough sense to see that Kahn's Outworld forces are a threat to his plans.

So he decides to stick it to Kahn by taking out his superpowered Queen and sending her head back to outworld in a box.

This is Wesker at his peak, and Sindel powered up with Shang's soul.

Sindel does a Banshee Scream the same time Wesker shouts Chris' name to the high heavens. This results in a stalemate.

I have no objections to that.

The reason why Al has a bone to pick with Kahn is that not only his henchmen destroyed his shades, but also trashed his iPod which had his Johnny Cash mix on it. Yes, even a top-notch badass like Wesker listens to Johnny Cash.
