You haven't read a single issue with Cyber, especially the classic incarnation.

Silas wins, he had Strong Guy on the ropes in two encounters (in the first one he sneaked up on Guido and poisoned him though) and waded through Havok's blast.

Is cyber alive? I thought genesis killed him and stripped the adamantium from his body to give to wolverine?

How "impenetrable" is the rhino skin though...

He survived as a psionic entity-something and took control of a young mutant with super strength. Tinkerer grafted adamantium to his skin. He's dead again, though.

edit: Wolverine's made him bleed. Cyber would most likely do the job, too... but it's debatable, because his claws are short and Rhino's armor pretty thick.

cyber wins due to rhino's vulnerable face

^ not a strong argument considering you could say the same thing about cyber's face.
