According to the *very cheesy* TFN Digital, Jev Nerran is a name we shall see in Ep2. No other description was given.
After having a look at a WHOIS database, it has not been registered....yet.
Anyone want to speculate?

I honestly don't see the point of having it, why can't they just use the website for stuff like that?
The presenter looks/sounds like a bimbo, with stuff like "whatever" at the end of her sentences.

I think people have wised up a little. These names will probably with worthless as domains in the cold light of day.

Unless they become cult characters, but then Lucas will sue the people who DID register and get it back. Like they did with that Boba Fett site.

Yeah, and that was so sad cos it was a really dedicated you lad who ran that site and he got scared silly by Lucas and his lawers.

I've just noticed that I mis-spelt the name. Its actually "Jev Narran", which is registered by Koenig.
I don't see the point of registering extras names, suggesting Mr Narran may have a significant role.
On the other hand the domain is registered for only one year, maybe LFL are trying to point us in the wrong direction...

Rather a lot of those domains that Mr. K registered were only for 1 year. You may be onto something there.

I think they most certainly do, when you look at the budget for Episode-II and some of the other steps that have been taken to reduce security problems, a few thousand dollars for some domains is nothing to them.

Yeah...It would seem stupid not to take those kind of procautions..but I'm curious to see if LFL will ever admit to it.
