Who wins?

After a very short fight, Warlock's old mate, Pip the troll, looking over the battered remains of his old friend, shakes his head saying "He ain't pretty no more."

Warlock can't win this fight... he's always been manhandled when the two started slugging it out.

adam is highly skilled, but he loses this fight after a little while. everytime.

Thor, and Adam is lucky that it ain't Hercules, the Greek Gods like exotic and blond boys who can't defend themselves!

If Classic Adam includes the Soul Gem, there's no way Thor could win.

Even without it, Adam Warlock was taking handling that super strong Thanos clone: Warrior, while dealing with the Strange clone at the same time. Both together eventually overwhelmed him, but it's still impressive.
