1940's New York City, Captain America is given an assignment to track down and kill a suspected German Spy. Unluckily for Spiderman it is Mary Jane.
Ultimate Avengers Captain America equipped with his Vibranium shield. Vs. Spiderman 2 Spiderman. Just to make this a little more interesting The Blackwidow with her gear in ultimate avengers steps in to help Cap. and since Bruce Campbell was in the spider man movies, Ash from Army of Darkness with his Chainsaw and Boom stick helps spidey.
2v2 first to kill or KO both team members wins. So, Who Wins?

I doubt Steve could tag Parker with the shield if he threw it. Once he loses the shield I'd like to think Spider-Man would have the advantage but I don't know. Captain America was trading blows with Hulk at one point and is FAR more skilled than Spider-Man, all the while having decent speed and agility feats of his own.
